 | Handmade party hats, just as Oso and Quinn created in the episode "Birthdays Are Forever": Simply take a 10-inch paper circle, cut from construction paper, fold in half, bring corners together to form a cone, tape, and let the birthday child decorate! |
| Balloons in Oso colors -- yellow and turquoise. Wolfie and Dotty would appreciate some representation too; add some pink, orange, and blue balloons for them! |
| Streamers in Oso's color -- How about wrapping them around a column (indoors or out) to create a "swirly stripe"? |
| Special Agent Oso's paw tracks, cut out of construction paper and placed in paths along the floor, going up walls, or even across the party table -- let your children help make them! |
