Create simple homemade valentines and pictures of Mickey, Minnie, and their friends attached to paper lace doilies and hung around the party room. You can download photos of Mickey and Minnie here.

Balloons and streamers in red, pink, and black -- hang the streamers a little lower than usual from the ceiling to make the room appear smaller and more cozy, like a clubhouse. Download banners here.

A "door" of dangling red, pink, and black streamers (or a long, colorful piece of cloth) hung in a doorway.

Playful polka dots placed all over the floor and wall. Cut out circles of varying sizes and affix to the floor, party tables, and walls. They could be made out of simple construction paper (art stores often have extra-large sizes), felt, or poster board.

Cups and plates in solid black, red, and pink. Glue black paper circles to undersides of paper plates or bottoms of paper cups to resemble mouse ears.

A very large cardboard appliance box (or two) with doors and windows cut out that could be used as a "clubhouse" in which little guests can play. Decorate the exterior of the box with some of the same polka dots (made of construction paper or felt) as the party room.
