With the excitement of a party looming overhead it can be hard to have children sit still long enough to write invitations. Schedule time for invitations. Let children be a part of the process from selecting cards to writing names. Your child can also help pick out stamps, decorate the envelope and mail all the invitations. The more involved they are, the more enthusiastic they will be about doing it next time.
