Lou and Lou are all about having fun safely, so make your party favors reflect the characters' philosophy. Why not take one of the small orange safety cones used for party décor, turn it upside down, put a piece of packing tape over the hole, and fill it up with some goodies? Include:

• Safety printouts, both rolled and secured with a ribbon
• Magnifying glass
• Character bandages
• Deflated inner tubes for beach safety
• Lifeguard whistle (on a string to hang around neck)
• Plastic sunglasses to protect eyes
• A notepad to write up safety violations
