Spring Veggie Nibbles Tray
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup asparagus, blanched
3 large mushrooms, quartered
1 cup spinach leaves, rinsed
4 small carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Arrange veggies on a small serving tray.
Serve cold.
Makes 4 servings.
