Spring Veggie Nibbles Tray

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup asparagus, blanched
  • 3 large mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, rinsed
  • 4 small carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Arrange veggies on a small serving tray.
  2. Serve cold.

Makes 4 servings.
